Nothing sits between your services and the internet.
Most French hosting providers resell someone else's network. We run our own: the path a traceroute shows is the path we describe to you.

Hosting isn't enough. Someone has to keep it running.
A rented machine is not a service. What we sell is the work that carries on once the machine is delivered.
