The tables below put a budget in range. The final price depends on volume, commitment length and the cross-connect to run: it belongs in the proposal, not in a greyed-out cell.
Managed services
Priced on scope.
There is no single package. We price after the audit, as a firm monthly amount — not as a bucket of days to burn. Four things set that amount.
On request
- How many machines and services we take over.
- The commitment level: business hours or on-call.
- Backup frequency and retention.
- The state of what exists, established during the takeover audit.
IP connectivity
Per committed megabit, billed at the 95th percentile.
You commit to a monthly rate. Beyond it, overage is billed at the same unit price — with no punitive tier.

Billing
How we count.
95th percentile
Throughput is sampled every five minutes. The highest 5% of the month's samples are discarded: a backup spike does not make the invoice.
Monthly, in arrears
Invoiced on the first working day of the following month, payable within thirty days. Card or bank transfer.
Twelve-month term
One-year initial term, renewable. A shorter term is possible and carries a higher rate.
Excluding tax
All amounts shown exclude tax. French VAT applies, with reverse charge for taxable persons outside France.
