What we collect, why, for how long, and how to take it back.
01Data controller
WEDEPLOY, 142 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 100 196 427, is the controller for the processing described below. Any request about your data can be sent to sales@wedeploy.fr.
02Data collected by the form
The contact form collects your name, your email address, your company name, optionally your AS number, and the content of your message. Only the name, email address and message are required; the other fields are optional and help us prepare a more precise answer.
03Purposes and legal bases
This data is processed to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to draw up a commercial proposal: the processing rests on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Billing data is processed to meet our statutory accounting obligations.
04Recipients
The data is accessible to the WEDEPLOY staff handling customer relations and operations. It may be passed to our technical subprocessors — website host, email delivery service, payment provider — acting on instruction and bound by confidentiality. No data is sold or rented to third parties for advertising.
05Transfers outside the European Union
Where a subprocessor handles data outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision. The list of subprocessors concerned is available on request.
06Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for three years from the last contact. Contract data is kept for the duration of the contract and then five years. Accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by the French commercial code.
07Technical logs
Running the network produces connection logs, kept strictly as long as necessary for security and for our legal obligations. They are not used for commercial purposes.
08Cookies
This site sets no cookie and uses no third-party analytics. The displayed language is determined by the address visited and by the language header sent by your browser; it is not stored on your device.
09Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to portability of the data you provided. These rights are exercised at sales@wedeploy.fr. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
